The client’s gold is segregated from VNX Commodities AG’s assets. It is not the property of VNX Commodities AG and therefore may not be included in its bankruptcy estate in case of bankruptcy. This means that no one, other than the authorised VNX Gold holder, can claim the rights to the gold, the ownership of which is confirmed by the corresponding token.
