🔒 The gold is physically stored in segregated storage in a high-security vault in Liechtenstein, which boasts a stable economy, the highest S\&P AAA rating in Europe, and is a member of EEA;

🇱🇮 VNX Commodities AG as a TT Services Provider under the Blockchain Act falls under the supervision of the Financial Markets Authority of the Principality of Liechtenstein;

⚖ VNX Gold token holders’ gold is segregated from VNX Commodities AG’s assets and will not be part of the bankruptcy estate of VNX Commodities AG if the latter goes bankrupt.
