VNX Global Ltd
Bermuda-licensed digital-assets issuer building regulated, fiat-par stablecoin infrastructure for institutional and developer audiences.
Overview
VNX Global Ltd is a "Bermuda exempted company limited by shares which holds a Class M digital assets business license" from the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). The licence permits VNX to act as a digital-assets exchange, payment service provider, and digital-assets service vendor under the Digital Asset Business Act (DABA).
VNX's purpose is to bring institutional discipline to stablecoin issuance: 100% fiat backing, segregated reserves, transparent governance, and at-par redemption. The company issues VCHF and VGBP stablecoins and arranges crypto-fiat conversion through regulated providers.
Key benefits
Bermuda Class M oversight brings a familiar, transparent regulatory perimeter with explicit BMA notification, capital, and reporting duties.
100% backed reserves held in segregated bank accounts at Bermuda Commercial Bank (BCB) and other regulated institutions, ensuring at-par redemption.
Conservative risk policy focuses on sustainable growth rather than utilising maximum regulatory capital tolerance.

How it works
Operations are anchored at regulated banks. Customer fiat is held in dedicated segregated bank accounts at BCB and partner institutions; stablecoin reserves sit in fiduciary accounts. VNX uses bankruptcy-remote structures so that reserves are "legally ring-fenced and structured so that neither the Company including its affiliates, nor creditors can claim the assets".
Mission and conduct
VNX's mission is to make stablecoin and digital-asset access institutionally credible: regulated under DABA, transparent about reserves, and disciplined about risk. The conservative-growth posture means VNX optimises for redemption certainty and counterparty trust, not for aggressive balance-sheet utilisation.
