VNX Community HUB

The liquidity and governance layer powering VNX Stablecoins — a ve-tokenomics protocol where users lock VNX for veVNX to vote on liquidity emissions and earn boosted rewards on VCHF, VGBP, and VNXAU pools.

Overview

The VNX Community Hub was created to drive Web3 adoption of VNX stablecoins by building deep liquidity and stablecoin-yield opportunities. It is a set of smart contracts and a user interface — the community/DeFi layer of the ecosystem, distinct from VNX Global Ltd's regulated stablecoin issuance.

It is built on ve-tokenomics: holders lock the VNX token to receive veVNX, which confers governance power over weekly liquidity emissions and boosts on liquidity-provider (LP) rewards. Three actions connect: stake VNX for governance power, vote on pool emissions, and earn boosted LP rewards.

Key benefits

  • Governance over emissions1 veVNX = 1 vote; direct weekly VNX emissions across pools and treasury spending.

  • Boosted stablecoin yields — LP boost up to 2× on VCHF, VGBP, and VNXAU pools, stackable with a time-lock booster.

  • Aligned, long-term incentives — longer locks grant more veVNX, aligning voting power with commitment to the protocol.

How it works

Stake. Lock VNX for 1 week to 4 years to mint veVNX — up to 4× veVNX per token locked for the maximum term. The veVNX balance decays linearly until unlock.

Vote. Holders vote to add pools to the gauge controller and to set each pool's weight per epoch. 1 veVNX = 1 vote, directing weekly VNX emissions across pools and treasury spending. Voting cadence is Wednesdays at 17:00 CET.

Earn. Providing liquidity to VCHF / VGBP / VNXAU pools earns LP rewards, boosted up to ; the boost activates at 4 veVNX per 1 stablecoin and stacks with the time-lock booster for compounded yields. Peak advertised APY is 120%.

To participate, launch the app at app.vnx.community, select a pool, and set a lock duration — boosts activate immediately.

Regulatory and risk context

The Community Hub is a decentralized, community-facing DeFi layer. Yields, boosts, and APY figures are variable, market-driven returns and are not guaranteed — they carry smart-contract, liquidity, and market risk, unlike the par-redemption guarantee on VNX stablecoins themselves (see Stablecoin Specific Risks). VNX Global Ltd holds a Class M digital-assets licence from the Bermuda Monetary Authority; a VNX group entity is FMA-registered in Liechtenstein.
