Overview

VNX Global Ltd is a Bermuda exempted company holding a Class M digital-assets business licence from the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) under the Digital Asset Business Act (DABA). VNX issues fiat-backed stablecoins (VCHF, VGBP), and arranges crypto-fiat conversions across institutional and developer audiences.

What VNX offers

  • Fiat-backed stablecoins. VCHF (Swiss franc) is live; VGBP (British pound) is live. Each is 100% backed by segregated reserves with at-par redemption.

  • Crypto-fiat conversion. An on/off-ramp between traditional rails and digital assets, executed via regulated third-party providers under an arranger model.

Trust commitments

  • 100% backing of stablecoins by fiat reserves; at-par redemption guarantee.

  • 10% of total reserves held in immediately accessible cash; remainder in deposits with maximum 48-hour redemption.

  • 99.5% platform-uptime target with a 24-hour business-continuity recovery objective.
